Sri Sai Venkata Lakshmi Foundation (SSVL) is a non-profit organization which is working on various projects like building schools for poor children and old age centers for elderly people. We support children education, stop child labour and child abuse. With our generous efforts, we have achieved our goals in motivating and providing the right to education to thousands of children. SSVL is proud of the work that it’s able to help the needy people and will continue to do more for the welfare of the people and society. Currently, we are working on a project to build a school and an old age home at Gudibanda, Karnataka. Gudibanda is a panchayat town in Chikkaballapur district of Karnataka. We are raising funds for making such projects successful to bring a ray of hope in these needy people’s life and help them to lead a better life. If you want to volunteer or contribute any kind of help to those children who have never been to school or to those old people who are homeless, then this act of kindness will be truly appreciated.
Increase in the awareness among people about various issues
It’s so disheartening to see children work so hard at an early age that they forget their childhood and get robbed of their innocence and happiness. When a child should play, learn and build his/her career; he/she is forced to work as labourer to earn few penny for their family.
We have been taught from our childhood to be kind to elderly people. But many of the senior citizens lose their home or they are thrown out of their houses for different reasons. That’s so inhuman to ignore old people who need love, care and support at their crucial time.
There are millions of children of 6-14 age group who never been to school, or even if they were admitted to the school, they drop out because of their socio-economic circumstances.
